After all the regression, crying, and saying she didn't want to go swimming anymore in April. . . Riley got her red ribbon. And the best part of it is that the white ribbon teaches diving, underwater swimming, diving for rings in 6-foot water, and treading for a minute. Riley can dive, pick up rings at the bottom of the pool and tread for half the time. White ribbon is coming soon. . . I can feel it!
